Main Library parking lot to be repaved in September

A repaving project will temporarily affect parking at the Main Library over the next several weeks.

During the first phase of the parking lot resurfacing and striping: the north section of the lot accessed from Washington St. will be closed. Customers are asked to enter the library parking lot from Monroe St. and park in the south side of the lot. The staff parking area adjacent to the main lot will also be available to customers during the first phase.

In the second stage of the project: the Monroe St. entrance will be closed and the south side of the parking lot will be resurfaced. Customers will access the north side of the library parking lot through the Washington St. entrance.

Customers may continue to enter the library through either the main entrance facing the parking lots or through the front door facing Mahoning Ave. NW.

Depending on the weather, the repaving project should be completed by mid-September.
