About the Warren-Trumbull County Public Library

Established in 1890, the W-TCPL includes the Main Library in Warren; branch locations in Brookfield, Cortland, Howland, Liberty, and Lordstown; a Bookmobile; and Homebound service.

Board of Trustees

The library is governed by a Board of Trustees. 2008 board members are: Donald Emerson, Jr., president; Ellen Dieter, vice president;  James Duff, secretary; Martha Ellers; Lillie Johnson; Franklin Manios; and James D. McFarland.
