Baby TimeA lively program of rhymes, songs, stories, and play for infants ages 6 to 18 months with an accompanying parent or caregiver. Offered every other Friday morning.
Books & BeyondMeets at the Lordstown Branch Library two Mondays a month at 4:45 p.m. for children in kindergarten through third grade. Library LeagueMeets at the Howland Branch Library most Fridays during the school year at 3:15 p.m. for children in kindergarten through fourth grade.
Lunch BunchChildren ages 9-12 can join in lively talk and activities about great kids' books at this book discussion group. Held select Saturdays throughout the year.
Music & MovementThis 30-minute program features rhymes, movement with streamers and scarves, and use of rhythm instruments while helping to promote a positive adult-child interaction for children ages 19-35 months with a parent or caregiver.
Patio PalsAn outdoor series held on the Children's Patio on the library's south side- rain or shine. Participants ages 6-12 enjoy games, crafts, gardening, science and nature activities.
Story TimesEach theme-based program for preschoolers ages 3-5 highlights early literacy skills and includes music and a craft. Family Story Times are held in the evenings.

Reading & Other Forms of ArtMeets at the Butler Institute of American Art Trumbull Branch six times a year for children ages 5 to 12.
Summer Reading ProgramReading incentive programs are offered every year. Encourage the love of books and keep up reading skills during the summer months!
Toddler TalesMeets at the Howland Branch Library most Tuesdays at 9:45 a.m. and also at 11 a.m.
