We appreciate our Friends!
Library Friends groups are volunteer champions of the library. They work closely with the library‘s administrative staff to offer valuable feedback and advice concerning their community’s library needs.
The Friends work in cooperation with library contacts on activities such as raising donations and assisting with special events. Many Friends groups have ongoing book sales to raise funds. Friends‘ donations help supplement existing library resources.
Most Friends’ groups meet several times each year. Visit your local library to find out when the Friends’ next meeting is and how you can participate with your Friends’ group, or join the Friends any time!
