Libraries to host new outdoor STORYWALK

(06/22/2021) – Parents and caregivers are invited to read a book with their little ones outdoors this summer with the Warren-Trumbull County Public Library’s new STORYWALK.

Laminated pages of the children’s book “Sheep Take A Hike” by Nancy Shaw are posted on large panels placed in the ground. Young readers and their families can follow the numbered panels to read the book and have fun learning about rhyming along the way!

The story will be posted outside the Liberty Library June 24 – July 5; the Cortland Library July 7 – July 18; and the Brookfield Library July 21 – August 1.

Additional locations may be added.

This project is supported by the State Library of Ohio with federal funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
