About the Local History & Genealogy Center
The Local History & Genealogy Center houses the Library’s genealogy, local history and archival collections. Our genealogy collection includes books, microfilm, periodicals, databases, microfilm readers and public computers. We focus primarily on Trumbull County and Ohio, but also collect materials for the states from which many early Ohioans came.

Trumbull Memory
The Trumbull Memory Project is an online archive of photographs, postcards, illustrations, and documents celebrating the history of Trumbull County, Ohio. The materials used on this site are taken from collections donated to the Local History & Genealogy Center of the Warren-Trumbull County Public Library. If you have photographs or other historical items which you think might be of interest, and which you’d be willing to either donate or lend to the library for digitizing, then we’d love to hear from you. We can be reached at (330) 399-8807, ext. 202.
Please request access to archival collections housed in closed stacks in advance. Same-day requests are not possible when only one staff person is on duty.
