New eCard option provides instant access to the digital library

(12/28/2020) – The Warren-Trumbull County Public Library now offers an eCard option for immediate access to eBooks, eAudiobooks, streaming media, and all of the library’s free digital resources.

The eCard gives customers ages 13 and older the opportunity to borrow items from the digital library from home. Movies, magazines, music, TV shows, audiobooks, and eBooks as well as online research tools and video courses can all be enjoyed on a personal computer, tablet, or mobile phone.

Anyone who already has a full-service Warren-Trumbull County Public Library card can also use it to access the digital library and does not need an additional eCard.

Ohio residents may register for an eCard at no charge. To sign up for an eCard, visit the library website at www.wtcpl.org and click the top link to “Get a Card.” Once the online registration is complete, customers will immediately receive a card number to use for accessing downloadable and digital resources. No physical library card will be issued.

The library’s digital library is available 24/7, and all borrowed items will automatically expire at the end of the lending period; there are no late fees!

Visit the Warren-Trumbull County Public Library website at www.wtcpl.org for more information about the eCard option.
