Your Warren-Trumbull County Public Library card offers free access to movies, magazines, online storybooks, digital music, eBooks, and online learning sites.
Get a Library Card
If you don’t yet have a W-TCPL card, you can fill out the Online Registration Form to get a temporary library card number; this will allow you to access online databases plus many of the free materials available through the library website.
