Library system upgrade is scheduled for Sept. 15

(09/08/2021) – The Warren-Trumbull County Public Library (W-TCPL) will be transitioning its circulation system to an enhanced cloud-based platform on Wednesday, Sept. 15. During this day-long upgrade, some online and in-person library services will be disrupted or limited at all W-TCPL locations.

The library’s online catalog will be unavailable, including access to the digital library. Library cardholders will not be able to check their accounts, place holds to request items, or renew items.

Customers must bring their W-TCPL library card with them to the library in order to check out items. The library will be unable to issue new or replacement library cards during this time.

The library’s internet-accessible computers will remain available for public use.

This system upgrade will include the libraries in Brookfield, Cortland, Howland, Liberty, Lordstown, and Warren, and the Bookmobile.
